SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be shipped from the Sloane Mercer Studio, in Corpus Christi, Texas, based on the service selected at checkout. You will be able to choose from USPS, UPS, FEDEX & DHL. We also offer local pickup and delivery within a certain radius.
In-stock merchandise will ship same day, if ordered before 2pm CST. Anything ordered after 2pm CST will ship next business day. Read product descriptions carefully, if there are some shipping parameters outside of this standard they will be noted in the description of the product. Not all products will ship together as a result.
Custom Orders will ship within 10-14 business days of your order; depending on revisions required.
Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
We make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time due to weather delays, or general carrier delays (which we are seeing more and more.) If an item is out of stock, back ordered or shipping from an alternate warehouse, we will contact you to let you know ETA and give you the option to cancel.
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. We will always try to accommodate your rush orders but we are human, do not have a factory and do need to eat and sleep.
Rush orders will ship same day if placed before 2pm Central Standard Time.
Required Signature
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow their respective procedures. If you are expecting a delivery from SLOANE MERCER and have requested signature upon delivery, then you will also have been provided a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your package and ensure that you get it should delivery be attempted when you are not home. Check carrier policies for timelines and delivery practices.
Email Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and depending on shipping service, a tracking number will be included. If you have any questions or would like to speak with someone concerning your order, please call us at (512) 599-2202 during store business hours T-F 10 - 6:00 and Sat 9 - 5:30.
Any updates to this policy will be delivered by email to all registered customers.
